Phoenix

Phoenix is legendary Persian bird
It is said in the mith that Phoenix's life span may over come 1000 years after this period time is burns to ashes and after wards a young phoenix arises from those ashes.
What I'm going to demonstrate in my animation is the rebirth of an olive tree from the ashes of a phoenix.

Reform

I have selected a tree as an object to reform. What I have in mind is reformation of its branches, so that it would look like a screaming face of a man. The concept I want to demonstrate is the thraw of living creatures as a result of global warming, mostly caused by mankind.

All the Time in the World,UK
Commissioned bythe curators at Airwise, fo Heathrows Terminal5, the design trio Troika have created a 22 metre long electroluminescent wall. rather than showing the different time zones of the capital cities, this piece of communication extends the conventional idea of a world clock, linking real-time to places with exciting and romantic associations.

Universall freedom epigraph

Introduction:

The quest for freedom and liberalism within the Middle Eastern civilizations, especially in Iranian culture, has its deep roots inside the ancient history of the region. Since the very early times that the ability of recording thoughts and beliefs was achieved, the people of Iran have shouted their call for freedom through their scripts, from Cyrus's human rights epigraph to the recent revolutionary literature and even in the banners which are used in these days protests, and pursued the extension of liberal ideas and demand for basic human rights as a vital issue.

My idea for the second year's design project, is a new and universal expression of this demand and its history, an expression which is understandable by each and every type of audience regardless of their language and race.

Idea:

1. Design a simple script based on the universally known symbols to express the concept

2. Using this script on an epigraph similar to the Cyrus's human rights epigraph

Description:

The aim of inventing a new script, is to make the concept understandable for any group of people, regardless of their language or region, even for those who are born in distant future, and to make it simple enough so that it does not require any training to understand.

The reason for using the script on an epigraph, it to remind the fact that freedom, is a need and demand that has existed from the dawn of civilization and is not followed just through few past centuries, and this is an emphasis on the fact that freedom is one of the fundamental needs of human.
